Bedrock is an autonomous subsea mapping company that develops Unmanned Underwater Vehicle’s (UUV’s) + proprietary AI mapping software to quickly and cheaply explore the entirety of the Earth’s oceans on a scale not possible with today’s technology. Bedrock’s solution includes the Maverick AUV, a battery-powered, low-cost autonomous vehicle, and Mosaic, a cloud-based data platform that allows clients to view, analyze, and manage seabed data seamlessly.
Bedrock’s end-to-end platform drastically improves the speed, accuracy, and accessibility of ocean data, with AUVs capable of deploying within days and completing surveys 10X faster than traditional ships. Using Bedrock, clients can reduce survey costs by up to 80% and access data within 8–10 weeks, enabling rapid decision-making for subsea infrastructure, environmental monitoring, and national security. With Bedrock’s cutting-edge technology, clients gain critical insights while dramatically reducing operational costs and environmental impact, setting a new standard for seafloor exploration.
